MCollective agent

One thing that's missing from the catalog-diff imo is an easy way to trigger report generations over the network.

What would you think of an MCollective agent for that? Something that would allow an application along the lines of:

``` shell
$ mco catalog-diff generate puppet/production puppet/dev --facts_search="osfamily=Debian"
```
