[BUG] After the last update, listening to the program for ft8 does not work

Udp port listener 2237 works and counts packets and the website does not display it

I recently updated to 15.6.2 and OHC continues to properly display WSJT-X UDP data for me...

WSJT & OHC running on separate computers on the same network. WSJT-X using Multicast UDP. 244.0.0.1:2239. (I've changed the listener port in the .env file).

My wsjt-x on another machine is sending fine to my current branch synced up with Staging (15.6.2) and having PR584 in it.

Thanks gentlemen, as a heads up all issues reported by @phether are issues coming from facebook. @phether, can you gather more info on this as it does not appear to be an issue in our current planned release?
