[FEATURE] Ability to add filters for POTA

With the original HamClock I had set my DX Cluster to pota-cluster.iz2lsc.eu / 7373 and set filters to only show me HF and SSB spots. I'd like to see this replicated as a set of filters options. Could use similar options as to what is on the pota.app spots page. Thanks for considering this enhancement.

POTA as well as SOTA filtering as is done in DX Cluster would be very handy. By Band and Mode particularly.

I'm currently working on making similar filters to the PSK ones available for each of POTA, SOTA & WWFF (and anything else that ends up using the ActivatePanel.jsx code.

I have a working version, but still need to do some tidy up and documentation.

This fix will also

• update the buttons at the top of the panels to use the newer ICON code and generally make them tidier
• make the Callsign toggle and World Map visibility buttons visible (and work) in the Modern Layout.
