Investigate Tensordock deployment bugs

Multiple bugs exist in tensordock provisioning that create unpredictable deploy behavior and failures.

Tensordock is kind of abandoned after the the acquisition from voltage park. I've been a pc provider on the platform for a year and eventually everything stopped working and the support disappeared.

Other then that just wanna say very cool project, impressive!

Thank you for the feedback. Yes tensodock is a little buggy, to say the least.
