Error fetching abapGit Repositories

I recently updated the ADT backend eclipse package, and now I get an error when accessing the functionality in eclipse:

My the ADT_Backend branch is synced with origin.
-abapGit for ABAP Development Tools (ADT) 1.4.0

We are working on providing a fix.
Till that time please use an older version of the abapGit plugin for ADT, v1.3.1 recommended.

abapGit for ABAP Development Tools (ADT) 1.3.1 can be manually installed in ADT via zip, that can be found at https://github.com/abapGit/ADT_Frontend/releases/tag/v1.3.1.
