Envelope not applied to partials past the tenth

When creating sounds with 11 or more partials, after the main sound has ended, some high-pitched partials (11th and up) remain as a high-pitched beep.

After some testing, it also appears that they fail to follow the envelope more generally.

I am using Brave 1.80.120 (based on Chromium 138) on Linux.
