Suggestion: parse rel=feed

If a page has rel=feed, Aperture could show those URLs as options to subscribe as well. https://unicyclic.com/mal/index is an example I ran into, more on the wiki.

I added this in the Drupal Indieweb module as well. This should belong in the XRay queue - I've override the part in XRay that searches for feeds on a page and while looping over the rel-urls, I consider rel = 'feed' as a microformats feed - which until now has worked fine.
