Context notes on each entity type

I want the ability to add comments when I'm creating or editing entities so I can record additional information that may come in handy in the future. 2.0 could be custom fields, or maybe 1.0 is?

• New ContextNote CD type
• ContextNotes can be of multiple type (plain text, list, others to be defined in the future).
• ContextNote OTM relationship with each entity type
• Add contextual note field + type selector field to each entity type
• ContextNotes surfaced through Find
• ContextNotes can be browsed through Notes (?)
