Update user flow after first login

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a new user signs up, it is not very clear what to do.

Describe the solution you'd like
After a user signed up, create a flow where:

1. user is requested to create an organization
2. use is prompted to create one patient (ideally at least two patients)
3. user is redirected to the homepage to create appointments

Describe alternatives you've considered
A. After the first login, display a modal with a video on how to use the app.
B. Allow the user to create a patient when creating a new appointment
