Problem (one or two sentences)
Users who hold Friendli accounts and personal API keys (flp_...) cannot use Friendli Model APIs from within Zoo Code — there is no Friendli entry in the API Provider dropdown, so they have to fall back to the generic OpenAI-compatible provider or leave Zoo Code entirely.
Context (who is affected and when)
Affects any Friendli customer choosing this extension for daily coding.
Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)
Users can select "Friendli" from the API Provider list, paste their Friendli personal API key, and pick from the models Friendli actually serves (with correct context windows, max output, and pricing)
Constraints / preferences (optional)
Follow the established OpenAI-compatible provider pattern. Pricing and model IDs should come from Friendli's published pricing/API, not hand-typed.
