Describe the bug

After pausing Quaver, all functionality is blocked by "Sorry! Quaver is restarting soon and is unable to process your request."

Steps to reproduce

  1. Queue a track
  2. Pause Quaver
  3. Attempt to resume or add tracks

Expected behavior

Quaver should resume as expected

Actual behavior

Quaver blocks all actions with "Sorry! Quaver is restarting soon and is unable to process your request."
