Support for multiple severs.

If a client is connected to its Meteor server, and connects to an additional meteor server via DDP.connect(), streamy.emit is not able to send messages from client to ddp connected server.

Also, server(as client) to server(as master) connections please. DDP allows for this however all meteor streamers to date (I think) have not allowed for this. cheers.
[Basically allowing server-side streamy.emit('message', conn=remote)]
