Entering miles on data screen

Children are struggling to figure out how to enter their miles. It may be helpful to have this be the same format as entering time and have it be entered from right to left filling in as they type.

Can we add the same functionality for for calories as well.

Do we want this for all of the inputs on the first data entry screen?

No just timer bc of minutes and seconds, and calories and distance bc of
the decimal point displayed on the accelerometer. Steps and MVPA can remain
as is
