This was addressed in today's update. Not closing the issue as I'm not yet fully happy with navigation, and I'd like to track progress of that here:

• Keyboard Navigation
• Space to initiate Hand Drag mode
• Better Middle Mouse Drag
• Fix Middle Mouse Drag
• Use MiniMap for navigation
• Add settings panel
• Load User settings at startup
• Python Code Editor / Runner node
• MultiControlnet with start/stop

Essentially dragging the canvas sometimes works sometimes doesn't. I think it's something to do being close to a node group.

Thank you, yes, recent change from PySide6 to PyQt6 yielded in full stability when running the app, but some unexpected changes in navigation that are being worked on. Please click around, and make sure to initiate middle mouse drag on an empty area.
