Is there a way to have a shorter install time?

Currently the dependency called haskell-src-meta takes about 10 minutes to install on my machine.
Ideally installing dump should not take more than a few seconds, it is supposed to be a small utility.

• Is there any alternative we can use instead of haskell-src-meta?
• Can we work around not using haskell-src-meta?
