1.5 Patcher outputs faulty isos

I keep getting non-functioning patched ISOs from 1.5 build - in Dolphin the game stops advancing past the logos, while on Wii the game gives me an error message during launch past the boot. I tried both default settings and custom settings, but they return same.

I've checked my ISO's hash being correct:

I'm having the same issue with Dolphin. The game load without error if I skip the Gamecube main menu.
Config -> Gamecube -> Skip Main Menu

I used the default options and everything is working fine on my end as far as I can tell.

Could it be that you need a newer dolphin build?
