Create a settings UI with these options

• pick between configs for different hosts and allow adding new ones

• config files with following properties:

• hostname

• header key-values

• url paramater key-values

• body name values for file location

• method

• response url format with file url, thumbnail url and deletion url

• allow to just add straight shareX config files
