allowedManufacturerData internal slot is never initialized

{{BluetoothDevice/allowedManufacturerData}} is listed in the Internal Slots table as "always set in prose" but there are no steps that initialize this slot. I would expect it to be initialized in the "To get the BluetoothDevice representing a Bluetooth device..." steps.
