Container images missing for releases after v1.27.2 #1084
Description
The ghcr.io container registry is missing image tags for versions after v1.27.2
At a glance, it seems likely that the move to the new CI release conf stopped it from functioning fully, i.e. dev tags do get built but the release flow doesn't call the docker flow, hence the right set of release tags never reaches it.
