OpenAPI v3 support

Hello.

I'm getting this error when trying to validate OpenAPI v3 definition:

WakeOnWeb\Component\Swagger\Exception\ParseException : The key "swagger" is required and has not been specified (openapi, info, tags, paths, components).

Definition starts like this:

openapi: 3.0.0
info:
  description: |
    My API
  version: "1.0.0-oas3"
  title: My API
  contact:
    email: mail@example.com
paths:
...

Are there any plans to support version 3 in a near future?

The current library does supports the specification 2.0. The differences between 2 & 3 are quite big and it would require a big refactor in order to have both the implementation coexisting in the same lib. IMHO it should be implemented somewhere else (WakeOnWeb/swagger3?). BTW, there is no plan yet for this.

I like this lib - pretty convenient to use in unit tests, but without v3 support it is practically useless, as we want to use advantages, brought up by v3, instead of stick to v2 only because one of libraries doesn't support it.
