Implement software encryption

Now that fnecore and dvmconsole support software encryption using KFDTool EKCs, rc2-dvm should be able to handle encryption in the same way.

This is mostly implemented.

However, I noticed this morning that crypto does not get set up properly when an encrypted channel is landed on during scanning.
