Replace theme TTF fonts with web fonts.

I don't know if this is welcome here as it's my first post on GitHub.

I created a website using VisualComposer Premium and the Starter Theme. When checking with GTMetrix, it was always noted that TTF fonts are loaded although I have set my own via FontManager. I took a closer look and saw that there are default fonts. These are TTFs. Wouldn't it be better to use webfonts (woff2) instead? In addition, "Roboto-Bold.ttf" is still loaded, even if completely different fonts are used in the font manager. This could be a bug.

I could solve this with a child theme, but I always try to avoid unnecessary ballast.

@anomalie-paradox Hi, thank you for your report, we will consider to implement it. Not sure right now in which version update. But a will provide label it with enhancement.
