Outdated Woocommerce templates in starter theme

In the dashboard for woo commerce on a Wordpress site it states that the visual composer starter theme contains outdated versions of some woo commerce templates.

This is what it says under Templates on the Woocommerce status page

Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.
