Broken message in woocommerce cart

Steps to replicate:

1. Add Woocommerce Cart element(make sure that the cart is not empty)

2. Preview the page

3. Under Order Summary, click on “Got promo code?”. Then APPLY button shows up, click on this button

Observe issue ! is in weird position also no paddings
