Rethink GameStateModal

[chuckdries]

• don't use for extra turn (use toast instead, doug FB FR)
• trigger at end of replay instead of at beginning (When flower is captured, the modal appears before the replay #61)
• get rid of queuing system? think harder about that
• make a neat little victory animation involving the crown asset
