The community needs a technical documentation for the new XVS vault, please make details for the community, let the community know this new XVS vault have what functions, how to use it and what they should notice.

Just like some below points:

1. I stake XVS in the vault, when i can make a request withdraw?
2. I stake XVS in the vault, when i made a request withdraw, how much time i will wait that these request withdraw XVS can be withdrawable?
3. The available Rewards can be claimed at any time or need to wait some time to claim?
4. When the protocol has a risk, how many XVS in this vault will be taked to hold the risk? how it worked?
5. The vote power, when will have? when will lose?
