network volume with lots of custom nodes

Hello there! Absolutely love your pod template here!

I am interested in doing it with the network volume, so far so good - everything is saved there except the custom nodes. It always requires me to reinstall them.
Does activating the venv solve this, as you stated in your readme then?
Do I need to create the venv the first time I ever create a pod, or can I do it later from the "ComfyUI without Flux.1 dev one-click" ? (process got stuck last time, or idk, took half a day...)
And finally, when I add custom models, files etc. - are they automatically saved to the network drive, or do I need to go to some specific location?

The venv could maybe help, but I'm not sure, to be honest, I only used it once when I created the template and then forgot about it.

However, it is probably better to modify the start_user.sh script in the /workspace directory. If you can find the commands to reinstall whatever you need via commandline, you can put those before the server is started.
Is it specific nodes that you installed yourself or those included with the template that are giving errors?

Whatever models of files you put in the /workspace directory is saved in the storage volume.

I will try the startup script, installing the nodes that I added later.

There were no errors for installing the missing nodes via your pod - its just that they are missing again when the pod is re-created.

None of the nodes from the template were giving errors, all good.
