Set Can User Resize not applicable to headers

Hi Team,

I've been playing around with the DataGridView - many thanks for the video and library!

I have noticed that the 'Set Can User Resize' function does not prevent the user from resizing the headers. I have edited the VI myself to set the RowHeadersWidthSizeMode and ColumnHeadersHightSizeMode properties (please see image).

I'm happy to commit this change and submit a merge request if you want.
