Why does CTC loss remains the same value and VE loss decreases greatly

First of all, thank you for the excellent work your team has done. When I train with the same network architecture, the CTC loss remains the same and the VE loss keeps decreasing. Because I didn't find the loss weight, the weight I set for all three losses was 1, was this the original cause of the problem.And do you have any suggestions for my work
