Support HBase 0.98.0 (or later)

In HBase 0.98.0, there are major changes on HBase client interface. To support HBase 0.98.0, there should be some work. See Upgrading from 0.96.x to 0.98.x.

Moving to hbase 1.0.0 was pretty straightforward one line change to HaeinsaTablePool class:

•        this.tables.remove(tableName, table);
  

•        this.tables.removeValue(tableName, table);
  

  and remove unused import from HaeinsaTestBase.
  Also had to fix Deaklock on HaeinsaComplexTest::testSerializability #41 bug, but I think it is specific to hbase1.0.0 only in the sense that testing cluster is much faster.
