Complete Java 6 Support

Send Authentication Call to App User and Send Authentication Call to Enterprise use the java.nio package that does not exist in Java 6. This prevents .travis from building against JDK6. All other steps run on JDK6.

Goal: Support JDK6 for these two steps. Or add a way to ignore these two steps in .travis and run jdk6 against the other 4 steps.
