Description

Build the "Meet the SSA Team" exec grid on the About Us page. Each exec is displayed as a photo tile with a hover state revealing their name and role. Use mock data if the backend endpoint isn't ready.

Acceptance Criteria

• "Meet the SSA Team" heading is displayed above the grid per Figma
• Execs are displayed in a responsive grid of photo tiles matching Figma
• Hovering a tile reveals the exec's name and role as an overlay per Figma
• Grid adapts correctly across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints
• Mock data includes fields: name, role, photo, year

Additional Notes

• Confirm with design whether tapping a tile on mobile triggers the hover state (since hover doesn't exist on touch)
