SPONSOR-02 - Sponsor Grid & Bottom CTA (frontend)

Description

Build the "Our Sponsors" grid section and the bottom CTA section on the Sponsors page. The grid displays logo tiles for all sponsors. The bottom section encourages new sponsors to get in touch. Use mock data if the backend endpoint isn't ready — check with Joe/#backend first.

Design

Acceptance Criteria

• An "Our Sponsors" heading is displayed above the grid, matching Figma
• All sponsors are displayed as logo tiles in a responsive grid per Figma
• Each tile displays the sponsor's logo at a consistent size and aspect ratio with a rounded card treatment per Figma
• The grid adapts correctly across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints
• Clicking a sponsor tile navigates to that sponsor's website URL (opens in a new tab)
• The mascot drawing, "Keen to support SSA?" heading, and "Contact Us" button are displayed per Figma
• The "Contact Us" button links to the correct destination (confirm with design — mailto:ssa email??)
• Check with Joe/#backend whether a Sponsors endpoint is available before starting
• If no endpoint is ready, build with mock data reflecting the CMS schema (name, logo, websiteURL, isSponsorOfTheWeek)
• Mock data is clearly commented for later replacement
