HTTP 500 on unique_major endpoint

Describe the bug
Dropdown for "Find your program" does not populate. Inspecting the network tab in dev tools points me to a 500 on the "requirements/unique_major" endpoint.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'UWPath homepage'
2. Click on 'Find your program'
3. See error 'No data available'

Expected behavior
The 'Find your program' dropdown should contain a list of majors offered at UWaterloo.
