inits file name

Version 1.2 on CRAN creates a file "name_inits.R" then seems to look for file "name_model_inits.R" (manual renaming solves the problem). Version 1.0 did not have this issue.

Would you be able to provide a little more info on the bug? Currently, MCSimMod should read and write to <mname>_model_inits.R.

The inits_file for a given model is assigned in paths:

As an example, running

exp_mod <- createModel('exponential', writeTemp = FALSE)
exp_mod$loadModel()

should produce the following files in your local directory:

Running createModel('exponential', writeTemp = TRUE) will produce the same list of files in the tmp directory.

The initParms, initStates, and Outputs functions within <mname>_model_inits.R will then be assigned as global attributes to the model object.

If you're still having an issue with <mname>_inits.R vs. <mname>_model_inits.R, would you be able to provide example code and/or a screenshot so we can dig into this?
