Dear Data scientist consultancy firm,
This is "Sara", I'm the Co-CEO and Chief Content Officer in Bestflix. Thanks so much for helping us to launch this dashboard. Overall my team and myself love it! I like how flexible it is to pick around all available genres, and smoothly (points added for user-friendly interface!). The first look on the interface is very neat and I like the consistent color, font and card design. I'm also surprised to see how the rating can go up with more reviewers, since I would always assume higher ratings come from a small group, and "bad" movies are being rated by multiple times from tremendous thoughts.
If I would have to make some critical suggestions to boost this, I can offer three:
- Since I want eventually to know which studios to collaborate with and what movies to buy, two cards saying this would be helpful. For instance, from what I filtered, recommendations on top 3 studios and top 5 movies based on some criteria.
- A bar chart showing how many reviewers/audience for each genre can also helpful, so I know which genre gain more attention.
- If possible, making plots connected is another pro. Hover or click one studio to show their work(movies) name in another plot.
Looking forward to seeing how this pretty project will roll out!
