Description
At the moment, the primary way of looking at outputs is through the WEPP viewer, but this is pretty limiting if users want to plot these trees with custom formatting/render things without just taking a screenshot. How would you recommend going about this?
TaxoniumTools is good for going from an UShER MAT or newick tree to taxonium format - but I'm not aware of a good way to go the other way.
