It'd be great to have you involved. I don't think we'll have a sophisticated testing lab for a while yet. I think the first task is to figure out how to do the sample map. Like I said, ideally I'd find some framework that allows us to host a public online map with just a LAMP stack or something similar, complete with some easy interface for adding data points. I feel like there must be something on GitHub that suits our needs if we just look. So if you see anything you think might be good, throw up a pull request to the README.md. Once we have a map, I might start out by just buying some testing strips or other cheap kits and handing those out.
