Failing to run securityadmin.sh

I keep getting the following error even after increasing the delayed time from 120 to 180secs:

Will connect to localhost:9200
ERR: Seems there is no OpenSearch running on localhost:9200 - Will exit

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
