Once HACKAKL is over, need a developer API key so that we can control access.

Developer keys, stored in Table Storage? With a master API key in AppSettings for admins to issue keys? Something like that...

It's for our API actually - so that we can control who uses it. We will issue free keys that we can revoke if usage gets too high or our hosting costs balloon, etc.
