chore: update dependencies to latest versions (#336)

Update @octokit/auth-app, @vitejs/plugin-react, express-session,
globals, mongodb, prettier, react, react-dom, and sort-package-json.

Skip eslint 10 major bump as eslint-plugin-react and
eslint-plugin-react-hooks don't support it yet.
