Shorts - playback stuck

Describe the bug

When I’m scrolling through the Shorts, it frequently stuck at the playback after couple of seconds and I need to go to different shorts and return back to the same shorts to watch completely.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Shorts tab
2. the shorts will get stuck after couple of seconds
3. then scroll to different shorts and
4. now go back to the previous shorts to watch completely without any playback issues

yes, i default all options to 720p30.

@bachig26 Shorts is having this bug for some reason. I will remove it then.
