Spaces after removing buttons

Describe the bug

When I remove certain buttons like the casting or the downloads button, these spaces happen. I thought this might be a version issue, which is why I tried the cracked version of the newest YTPlus. But it didnt happen there.

Steps to reproduce

Remove buttons.
Play any video and see the gaps.

Crashlog or video error popup log

I will fix the cast button for now. v1.2.0 is coming in a few hours.

The reason is YTLite filter the buttons in the actual renderer, I'll try some new methods later.
