When updating mods: Don't enable mods that where not enabled previously #51
Description
Currently the updater is enabling updated mods, but the updater doesn't always show the mods that are going to be updated.
Right now, I have 8 updates available but I don't know which one. So after this I'm hunting down which mods got enabled again when they shouldn't be... I hope this behaviour can be changed.
