UI rationalisation

'Status' from the menu notionally allows the user to transition between the modes of Hold, Syncer and None.
'Map' from the menu notionally shows where nearby Holds are/were.

The following rationalisations are suggested:

1. Have everything to do with viewing the network state and acting in a network role available from one Activity
2. Have that viewable as either a map or a list view (or both) according to personal preference
3. The user should be able to press/click to become, or cease to be, a Hold or Syncer.
4. If the user is to manually sync, then s/he should be able to select the two holds from the map/list
