Unclear attribute specifications

Might be useful to mention what type of values are accepted for attributes such as timezone, I was only able to understand that through the warning message the app showed.

A few more specifications discovered:

• telegram handle must be 5-32 characters, and can contain underscore in specific ways
• phone number must be at least 3 digits long

Overall, updating the user guide should help resolve this issue.
