find command duplicates person

Using the default data provided, running 'find Irfandisplays Irfan's details correclty. But then runningfind Irfan Ibrahimcauses does nothing. Then runfind Irfan`, Irfan is duplicated in the list.
To recover, the app must be reopened.

There might be a deeper issue here where clients are randomly getting duplicated in the model.
