Summary

Consolidate all GDD sections for Main Street into a single cohesive document, perform a cross-section consistency review, identify any gaps or contradictions, and prepare the GDD for sign-off. This is the quality gate before moving to PRD creation.

User Story

As a producer, I want Main Street's complete GDD reviewed for internal consistency and completeness so that the PRDs we derive from it are based on a solid, coherent design.

Prerequisites

• Main Street: GDD UX, Visual Design, and Audio Direction (CG-0MM4RCS6A0FE3I3W) completed
• Main Street: GDD AI Strategy and Hint System (CG-0MM4RD5I00L2QV7W) completed

Tasks

1. Consolidate sections -- Merge all of Main Street's GDD sections into a single document with consistent formatting, terminology, and cross-references
2. Consistency review -- Check for contradictions between sections (e.g. card attributes in rules vs content, interaction patterns in UX vs core actions, AI strategies vs available game states)
3. Completeness review -- Verify no mechanics, card types, or interactions are referenced but undefined
4. Edge case audit -- Walk through unusual game states and verify the rules handle them (empty zones, maximum capacity, resource overflow, etc.)
5. Playtest walkthrough -- Mentally simulate 2-3 complete sessions of Main Street using only the GDD as reference. Document any ambiguities or missing rules encountered
6. Final polish -- Table of contents, glossary of terms, version number
7. Producer sign-off -- Present for review and approval

Expected Output

A complete, internally consistent GDD document for Main Street ready to serve as the authoritative reference for all implementation work.

Acceptance Criteria

1. All GDD sections are consolidated into a single document
2. No contradictions between sections remain
3. All referenced mechanics, cards, and interactions are defined
4. At least 2 simulated game sessions are walked through without ambiguity
5. Document has a table of contents and glossary
6. Producer has reviewed and approved the final GDD
