Start+Select+L+R Reset to Ship if in Save Room

If possible, would be nice to have an option were doing the Start+Select+L+R inside of a save room could reset the starting point as the ship. Could be some speed tech as well as soft lock prevention if save rooms don't refill ammo isn't enabled.
