As per your request, I started looking into a BiT assessment tool.

There are not so many, but I've seen at least two organizations who are either in the process of developing it, or they have one already.

They are called "human rights impact assessment" or HRIA, and I've only seen this one organization with a specific HRIA for technology so far. My Internet connection is not working at optimum capacity right now so I cannot even access their published reports of the assessments they've done.

However, I started developing one for TIOF anyway. They come in two separate documents:
A) Foundational document - to explain what we're doing and how

Right now, I need major help in identifying the indicators, either directly or indirectly. I'm mostly sourcing them from published materials of other organizations.
